The ‘Save & Win Big with PrivilegePLUS’ promotion will run from 15 May 2023 to 29 December 2023.For every AED 200 spent at any PrivilegePLUS participating brand in Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah, customers will have the chance to win exciting prizes. Each month, one lucky winner will win AED 10,000 worth of shopping vouchers, and a chance to be one of two lucky grand prize winners of AED 15,000 in prize vouchers from Liali Jewellery.Monthly prize worth AED 10,000 will be given in the form of mix retail shopping vouchers.X2 Grand prizes worth AED 15,000 will be given in the form of jewelry vouchers.Customers must accumulate receipts from Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah shops and outlets during the promotion period to qualify.To enter the monthly draw, customers must present proof of purchase/shopping receipts to mall customer service desk at Mercato or Town Centre Jumeirah. Once you have entered the monthly draw, your entries will automatically qualify for the grand draw.Winners will be contacted immediately to redeem their prizes.The outlet staff are not eligible to claim receipts from their outlets or on behalf of their customers.The Mercato & Town Centre Jumeirah staff are not permitted to participate in the promotion.- The DED Representative will officiate the electronic draw, and the draw dates are as follows:

The customers’ participation is considered void without complete information.The winner is requested to present their personal identification to the Customer Service upon prize redemption.The Mercato Management reserves the right to withhold prizes if any irregularities are found.The prizes cannot be exchanged or refunded and valid for immediate consumption within sixty (60) days from the date of receipt.Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the date that the draw takes place. Failing which, the unclaimed prizes will be forwarded to the Department of Economic Development.Upon receipt of the prizes, all responsibilities relating to voucher/hamper – lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, expired – are that of the prize winner, no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.The Mercato Management reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
